French filly Azaelia drops in class for Valley View
Azaelia, a French-based filly now owned by long-time Thoroughbred patrons
Peter Brant and Joe Allen,
will make her U.S. debut against 13 rivals in Friday's $150,000 Valley View (G3)
at Keeneland.
A strong fourth against a tough field in the French Oaks (G1) when last seen
in June, Azaelia's rivals include German import Quidura and Grade 3 scorers Tin
Type Gal, My Impression, and Cheekaboo.
Hill earns Ron Rippey Award for Derby gambler profile
